Refunds and returns will only be accepted for items that were printed incorrectly after an approved proof. Personalized items are non-refundable. If an error has been made, please contact me promptly at erin@erinwallacedesigns.com and I’ll be happy to make it right! In most cases, a replacement will be shipped to you asap.
